Looking for peace?

Psalms 42:8 

 The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime;

And His song will be with me in the night.

A prayer to the God of my life.

So many times I wake up in the night. I've become a rather choppy sleeper. But very very often I wake with a song in my heart. A song of love and peace from Jesus. It's true.

Psalms 42:11 

Why are you in despair, O my soul?

And why have you become disturbed within me?

Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him,

the help of my countenance, and my God. 

So many times I find myself stressed out and catching a scowl on my face. But very very often I am reminded that my Father, Abba, lifts up my face and brings me a smile. 

I am so blessed. 

His lovingkindness is neverending.
